This Work is Personal
We are a Bitter.
We see leaders stretched thin navigating low morale, communication gaps, and unresolved tension while still trying to serve their communities with care.
We know what it feels like to navigate these systems and try to lead through it.
Our own healing journey led us to this vision.
A practice where we partner with community leaders to strengthen the cultures at the heart of their departments.
Through practical and culturally rooted leadership development, we help teams rebuild trust, improve communication and create a healthier work environment for the people doing the work and the communities depending on them.
